titleOfInvention Manufacturing method of fiber reinforced resin molded product
abstract A method for producing a fiber reinforced resin molded article capable of efficiently producing a thick molded article in a state in which defects such as voids and surface wrinkles are suppressed is provided. A mold 11 heated by induction heating means 26 is used, and the mold 11 and the conductive material are set in advance in a state in which reinforcing fibers, a conductive material, and a resin material are accommodated in a cavity 14 of the mold 11. After heating for a given time, the induction heating is stopped. Thereafter, the fiber reinforced resin molded product is taken out from the mold 11. The conductive material is formed of continuous carbon fibers. The molding die 11 is configured to be moldable by the RTM method, and the fiber reinforced resin molded product is manufactured by the RTM method. [Selection] Figure 1
