Continuous production method of polyamide |
abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous production method of polyamide having a stable degree of polymerization and good quality. (A) A raw material preparation step in which a diamine and a dicarboxylic acid are separately melted or a salt of an amine and a carboxylic acid is formed in water, and (b) the raw material is continuously fed to a tubular reactor. (C) an amidation step for performing amidation by passing the introduced raw material through a tubular reactor to obtain a reaction mixture containing an amidation product and condensed water; and (d) An initial polymerization step in which the reaction mixture is introduced into a continuous reactor capable of separating and removing water, and the degree of polymerization is increased while separating and removing water at a temperature equal to or higher than the melting point of the finally obtained polyamide to obtain a polyamide prepolymer; (E) The polyamide prepolymer is introduced into a continuous reactor capable of separating and removing water, and the degree of polymerization is further increased at a temperature equal to or higher than the melting point of the finally obtained polyamide to obtain a desired relative viscosity [RV]. Get a good polyamide The method of continuous production polyamides containing a final polymerization step. [Selection] Figure 1 |
