titleOfInvention Method of pulverizing raw leaves of plants by microwave heating drying method and products of pulverizing fresh leaves
abstract [PROBLEMS] To provide a technology capable of mass-producing activated chlorophyll that easily functions effectively from raw leaves of a plant and producing fine powder of fresh leaves that can easily consume activated chlorophyll by a simple method efficiently and uniformly. Realize. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] After first irradiating microwaves on the raw leaves of a plant, after a certain rest period, the water and temperature are leveled, and then secondarily irradiated with microwaves, and then pulverized to make fine powder. According to the method that makes it possible to easily and effectively ingest or extract chlorophyll of fresh leaves, the moisture in the whole of the fresh leaves is uniformly transferred to the outside to generate heat and evaporate. The pulverization process is smoothly and effectively performed. In addition, when the rest period is set, the yield is improved, the scent is increased by the roasting effect by secondary irradiation, and the absorption of chlorophyll and useful components is facilitated.
