Immunovectors that can be used for intracellular and nuclear transport |
abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupling product between a biologically active component and an immunovector. An immunovector can confer the ability of a biologically active component to internalize a eukaryotic cell, and the immunovector introduces the biologically active component into or close to the cell nucleus. A product having an affinity for cellular DNA to the extent possible. A product wherein the immunovector consists of an antibody having affinity for a nucleic acid or a fragment of this antibody that retains said affinity. [Selection figure] None |
