titleOfInvention | Method for predicting skin inflammation and use thereof |
abstract | The present invention provides a method for predicting skin inflammation using a factor involved in a component of keratinocytes in order to prevent an inflammatory reaction. [Solution] Expression analysis of a gene encoding the protein of SPR (small proline rich protein) in the skin of the test subject is performed, and skin inflammation is predicted based on the result. Since the structural change of the epidermis can be predicted before the inflammatory reaction occurs and it can be dealt with at an early stage of inflammation, there is an advantage that the recovery is quick and there is no need to use a medicine. In a preferred embodiment, the keratin is used as a sample, which is minimally invasive and can be easily implemented. [Selection figure] None |
