Disclosed is a function of cAMP (secondary messenger 3 ′, 5′-cyclic adenosine monophosphate) -dependent protein kinase A type I for producing a drug for treating an immunosuppressive disease (disease). Provision of inhibitors. Rp-8-Br-cAMPS, Rp-8-Br-monobutyryl-cAMPS, Rp-monobutyryl-cAMPS, Rp-8- (4-chlorophenylthio) inhibit cAMP-dependent protein kinase A (PKA) ) -cAMPS, and cAMP analogs selected from the group consisting of Rp-piperidino-cAMPS, ribozymes, antisense DNA, and peptides that bind to the anchoring region of PKA.
