titleOfInvention Polytetrafluoroethylene porous membrane, method for producing the same, and waterproof air-permeable filter
abstract Provided is a production method capable of producing a PTFE porous membrane having a laminated structure in which separation between porous layers hardly occurs. A first green sheet made of PTFE having a standard specific gravity of 2.16 or more and a second green sheet made of PTFE having a standard specific gravity of less than 2.16 are laminated, and pressure is applied to the laminate. Obtain a crimped product. The pressure-bonded product is stretched in a predetermined direction at a temperature lower than the melting point of PTFE, and further stretched in the predetermined direction at a temperature higher than the melting point of PTFE or heated to a temperature higher than the melting point of PTFE. Thereafter, the pressure-bonded product stretched in a predetermined direction is stretched in the width direction orthogonal to the predetermined direction at a temperature lower than the melting point of PTFE.
