abstract A radio apparatus capable of improving the communication efficiency of a cognitive radio network is provided. A wireless device 3 has a route ML1 for directly accessing a base station 10 through IEEE802.16, and a route ML2 for accessing the base station 10 through a wireless device 4, 1 through IEEE802.11g. Then, the wireless device 3 matches the average delay time when transmitting a packet to the base station 10 using the route ML1 and the average delay time when transmitting the packet to the base station 10 using the route ML2. The packet is distributed to the two routes ML1 and ML2 and transmitted to the base station 10. [Selection] Figure 1
