abstract | A liquid polymer composition for potting having good heat resistance and excellent adhesion and sealability with syndiotactic polystyrene, and potting for a housing material made of syndiotactic polystyrene formed by curing the composition. It is an object of the present invention to provide a potting method of a housing material made of syndiotactic polystyrene. A liquid polymer composition for potting a syndiotactic polystyrene housing material comprising a polyol compound comprising a hydride of a hydroxyl group-containing liquid polyisoprene polymer and a polyisocyanate compound. Further, if necessary, other polyol compounds and / or polyamine compounds may be included. A potting material obtained by curing the liquid polymer composition. And a potting method in which the liquid polymer composition is injected into a part such as an electric / electronic material, an industrial structuring agent, or a household electrical appliance using syndiotactic polystyrene as a housing material and cured.
