titleOfInvention | Lubricating fluid for forging, warm or hot forging method, and method for producing constant velocity joint outer ring |
abstract | [PROBLEMS] To provide a lubricating liquid for forging which does not contain graphite and has a lubricating performance equivalent to that of a graphite lubricant, a warm or hot forging method using the lubricating liquid, and a constant velocity joint outer ring using the forging method A manufacturing method is provided. A forging process lubricating liquid in which a lubricating component is dispersed in an aqueous solvent, the lubricating component being polyphenylene sulfide resin powder, and the resin powder is a forging process lubricating liquid. The warm or hot forging method using the lubricating liquid is contained in at least one selected from the drawing die 13 and the outer ring forming punch 10. After the processing lubricant is applied and the outer ring material 14 is heated to 500 ° C. to 1300 ° C., forging is performed. [Selection] Figure 1 |
