PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ferroelectric ceramic material mainly composed of barium titanate which has a wide range in which the Curie temperature can be controlled, does not have a phase transition near room temperature, and exhibits excellent ferroelectric characteristics. A in (100-a-b) BaTiO 3 · aBi 2 O 3 · bM 2 O 3 ( where, M represents trivalent metal other than Bi .a, b is 1 ≦ a ≦ 15,0 ≦ b ≦ 5, 5 ≦ a + 3b ≦ 15)). The M is preferably a transition metal having a fifth period and a trivalent metal selected from rare earth metals having an atomic number of 59 to 69. [Selection figure] None |
