titleOfInvention | Sample pretreatment method for measuring glycated amine and method for measuring glycated amine |
abstract | The present invention provides a sample pretreatment method using glycated amine as a measurement object, and enables measurement of glycated amine with excellent reliability. SOLUTION: After digesting fructosyl amino acid oxidase (FAOD) with a glycated amino acid in a sample, FAOD is further acted on a glycated amine as a measurement target in the sample, and the oxidation-reduction reaction is measured. To measure the amount of saccharified amine. The FAOD that acts on a glycated amino acid and the FAOD that acts on a glycated amine may have the same or different substrate specificities. When the same FAOD is used, the FAOD is allowed to act on the glycated amino acid and decomposed, then the FAOD is deactivated by protease and the glycated amine is decomposed, and the same FAOD is further added to the decomposed product to act. The redox reaction is measured. [Selection] Figure 1 |
