titleOfInvention Fine particles, drug particles and methods for producing them
abstract Provided is a new possibility of amorphous fine particles. A fine particle is an amorphous material in which an organic low molecular weight compound is dispersed in an organic polymer compound at a molecular level, and a large depression is present on the particle surface, the diameter of which is the particle diameter. It is 1/3 or more. In the drug fine particles, the fine organic low molecular weight compound is a medicine. Regarding the method for producing fine particles, a base material solution in which an organic low molecular weight compound is dissolved in a solvent containing an organic high molecular compound is solidified by an electrospray deposition (ESD) method.
