abstract |
A high-throughput and quantitative analysis method for glycoproteins and glycoprotein profiling is provided. The present invention provides a method for identifying and quantifying polyglycopeptides in a sample. The present invention comprises the steps of immobilizing a glycopolypeptide to a solid support; cleaving the immobilized glycopolypeptide, thereby releasing the non-glycosylated peptide and retaining the immobilized glycopeptide And liberating the glycopeptide from the solid support; and analyzing the liberated glycopeptide. The method may further comprise identifying one or more glycopeptides, for example using mass spectrometry. [Selection figure] None |
