abstract | Provided is a photosensitive resin which gives a cured product having good tack-free property, developability and curability required as a photosensitive resin and having a high degree of flexibility. An epoxy resin (A) having two or more epoxy groups and one or more secondary hydroxyl groups in one molecule has one or more isocyanate groups in one molecule with respect to the secondary hydroxyl groups of the epoxy resin (A). In one molecule, the epoxy group of the epoxy resin (A ′) which is a reaction product of the step (1) and the step (1) in which the compound (B) having one or more radical polymerizable double bonds is reacted. To the reaction product of the step (2) and the step (2) of reacting the compound (C) having one or more functional groups capable of reacting with an epoxy group and one or more primary hydroxyl groups, It is the photosensitive resin obtained by the manufacturing method which includes the process (3) with which a polybasic acid anhydride (D) is made to react in this order.
