titleOfInvention | Method for producing granules of hydroxy acid-modified glucan derivative |
abstract | A hydroxyl group in the hydroxy acid component of glucan derivative (such as cellulose acylate) (C 4-10 lactone, etc.) to provide a method for efficiently producing granules of the graft polymerized hydroxy acid-modified glucan derivative. A dope containing a hydroxy acid-modified glucan derivative is mixed with a polar organic solvent that is a poor solvent for the hydroxy acid-modified glucan derivative to form a granular material of the hydroxy acid-modified glucan derivative. The polar organic solvent may be an alcohol (particularly a C 1-4 alkanol such as isopropanol). The mixing ratio of the polar organic solvent may be about 1 to 15 parts by weight with respect to 1 part by weight of the dope. [Selection figure] None |
