abstract 【Task】 In the present invention, theaflavins are stably stored without being deteriorated even by heat treatment such as heat sterilization, and can be efficiently ingested, and high-quality theaflavins can be maintained, and further tasted. Provided is a packaged beverage containing a high-concentration theaflavin that is excellent in performance. [Solution] The present invention is characterized in that (A) theaflavins and (B) highly branched cyclic dextrin, preferably further containing (C) vitamin C, and the weight ratio of (B) / (A) is 1-119. The present invention relates to a container-packed beverage and a manufacturing method thereof. Moreover, this invention relates to the method of suppressing deterioration of the teravidins in a drink which consists of adding highly branched cyclic dextrin to the drink formed by containing theaflavins.
