A photosensitive paste that can uniformly disperse metal oxide particles having an average particle diameter sufficiently smaller than the wavelength of ultraviolet light in a photosensitive paste, and can achieve both partition pattern formation and whitening of the partition walls. [Solution] A photosensitive paste comprising an inorganic component and an organic component containing a photosensitive organic component, wherein the inorganic particle is a low-melting glass powder and metal oxide particles having a central diameter of 0.003 to 0.05 μm by a dynamic light scattering method.
