titleOfInvention Optical element manufacturing method and optical element
abstract In a microlens array having a light shielding wall inside a substrate, the effective area is increased and mass productivity is improved. A light shielding wall is formed by dielectrophoresis of carbon nanotubes in an ultraviolet curable resin. With the light shielding wall 10 formed, the ultraviolet curable resin R is cured to form the substrate 9. As a result, there is no processing restriction to increase the aspect ratio of the light shielding wall 10, so that the effective area of the microlens array 11 increases even if the pitch of the light shielding walls 10 is shortened. Further, since alignment is not required when forming the light shielding wall 10, the mass productivity of the microlens array 11 is easily improved. [Selection] Figure 3
