abstract | An assay method, apparatus, and kit using surface plasmons are provided. (A): a step in which a particle having a ligand immobilized on the surface is brought into contact with a specimen; (b): a conjugate of a ligand obtained by (a) with a ligand and an enzyme that is the same as or different from the ligand.
