And a first O-ring 10 that seals between the first bearing 7 and the second bearing 4 and the stem 1 between the first bearing 7 and the second bearing 4 and the stem 1. And a first O-ring 9 that seals between the first bearing 7 and the second bearing 4 and the housing 11 between the first bearing 7 and the second bearing 4 and the housing 11. .
