It is a thermoplastic resin obtained by polymerizing a monomer mixture containing 93% by mass to 97% by mass of a monomer, and the average thickness of the outer shell part of the resin balloon is 0.35 μm to 0.50 μm The resin balloon has an average particle diameter of 80 μm to 120 μm, the coefficient of variation CV of the particle size distribution of the resin balloon is 30% or less, and the true specific gravity of the resin balloon is 0.020 g / cc to 0.040 g. / Cc, the resin balloon has a repeated compression durability of 83% or more, and the specific gravity of the resin composition is 0.70 to 0.80.
