abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel chemical conjugate of an antipsychotic drug and an organic acid, and use thereof. A chemical conjugate comprising phenothiazine covalently bonded to an organic acid having 3 to 5 carbon atoms in the main chain, or perphenazine covalently bonded to γ-aminobutyric acid (GABA). Chemical conjugate. A pharmaceutical composition comprising as an active ingredient the chemical conjugate and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. Use of the chemical conjugate in the manufacture of a medicament for treating schizophrenia. [Selection figure] None |
