Provided is a wiring formation method in which a sufficiently low resistance can be obtained practically by patterning a conductive fine particle material on a substrate and then sintering at a low temperature for a short time. After a metallic colloid solution is drawn on the base material by an ink jet method based on the image data of the conductive pattern, a wet heat treatment is performed on the base material to perform the conductive pattern.
