titleOfInvention Electromagnetic shielding member
abstract An object of the present invention is to eliminate the poor pattern accuracy of an aluminum pattern formed by chemical etching, which occurs when the material of a metal pattern is changed from copper to inexpensive aluminum, and is inexpensive using aluminum and has almost no unevenness of display screen. A practical electromagnetic shielding member is provided. An electromagnetic wave shielding material in which an aluminum mesh layer 2 is laminated on a transparent substrate 1, and at least the upper surface of the aluminum mesh layer 2 (the surface of the aluminum mesh layer 2 far from the transparent substrate). The aluminum oxide film 3 has a thickness of 0 to 13 mm, and has a mesh opening area (S) variation (Smax−Smin) / Sav of 0.059 or less. (Note that Smax, Smin, and Sav represent the maximum value, minimum value, and average value of the opening area (S), respectively). [Selection] Figure 1
