abstract A method for quickly and easily quantifying the amount of cesium in a mixed sample of an organic material and a cesium compound is provided. Cesium in a mixed sample of an organic material formed on a substrate and a cesium compound is eluted with dilute acid, and cesium ions in the eluate are measured by ion chromatography.
