titleOfInvention Method for producing calcium carbonate slurry
abstract A black color derived from unburned carbon contained in causticized calcium carbonate by adding at least two specific dispersants in a causticized calcium carbonate slurry used in coating pigments and papermaking fillers. Provided is a calcium carbonate slurry in which suspended matters are dispersed and calcium carbonate is excellently dispersed. In a method for producing a calcium carbonate slurry from lime sludge produced when causticizing green liquor obtained in a pulp production process by a kraft method, a calcium carbonate slurry characterized by the use of at least two kinds of dispersants is provided. Production method. Further, the dispersant is at least one carboxylate-based anionic surfactant, polyoxyalkylene alkyl ether-based nonionic surfactant, polyoxyalkylene alkyl ether organic acid-based nonionic surfactant, or polyoxyalkylene alkyl ether-based nonionic surfactant One selected from among ammonium carboxylate anionic surfactants is preferred.
