abstract | The present invention provides a polyether polyol which is liquid at room temperature, has good handling properties, and provides a resin having good resin properties such as elongation properties. A polyether polyol containing a polyether polyol satisfying (1) to (4). (1) It has one or more structural units represented by (a) and one or more structural units represented by (b). [N is 1 or 2, x is an integer of 2 to 7] (2) The polyol has one or more structural units represented by (b), and the molecular terminal is — (CH 2 ) x —O. -H. (3) The structural unit represented by the formula (b) at the end of the polyol may be one kind or two or more kinds, and at least one kind of x is 3 or more.
