abstract |
An aqueous cosmetic material in which ceramide-containing particles having a minute particle diameter are stably dispersed and excellent in stability over time, and a method for producing the aqueous cosmetic material are provided. SOLUTION: (1) A ceramide-containing particle containing at least a ceramide and dispersed in an aqueous phase as an oil phase component and having a volume average particle diameter of 2 nm to 150 nm, and (2) a carbon number of 10-30. An aqueous cosmetic comprising at least a fatty acid or a salt thereof, having a pH of 5.5 or more and / or an electric conductivity of 5.0 mS / cm or less. [Selection figure] None |
