titleOfInvention | Boron remover and method for treating boron-containing water |
abstract | A boron removing agent that can easily and efficiently remove boron from boron-containing water and that can reduce the amount of sludge generated during boron treatment, and is reduced by a simple apparatus and operation. To provide a method for treating boron-containing water that can efficiently remove boron with a chemical amount and that can reduce the amount of sludge generated during boron treatment. (A) Hydrogen peroxide and at least one of compounds that generate hydrogen peroxide by dissolving in water, and (B) calcium aluminate and calcium aluminate hydrate are heat-treated. A boron remover characterized by containing at least one of the substances obtained by this, and a method for treating boron-containing water, characterized by using the boron remover.
