abstract [PROBLEMS] To improve the peculiar flavor of carrot juice, which has poor palatability, and a unique odor due to heat treatment in order to deliciously and easily ingest a vegetable beverage composition having carrot juice having abundant nutritional functions. Realize suppression of occurrence. A vegetable beverage composition containing carrot crushed fermented bifidobacteria and carrot juice is provided. Furthermore, the vegetable drink composition which has still higher palatability can be obtained by adding a crushed carrot or mix | blending citrus fruit juice so that it may become a specific sugar acid ratio.
