[Solution] A conductive roll for an electrophotographic apparatus comprising a shaft body 1, a base layer 2 formed on the outer periphery thereof, and a surface layer 3, wherein the base layer 2 is composed mainly of the following component (A): It comprises a rubber composition containing the components (B) to (D).
