titleOfInvention | Method for producing porous body |
abstract | An object of the present invention is to produce a porous film having pores formed on the surface in desired dimensions and having a desired formation density. A solution 11 is stored in a liquid tank 29. The cylinder 26 is immersed in the solution 11 in the liquid tank 29. Wet air 400 is applied to the liquid surface 39 of the solution 11 in the liquid tank 29. By contact with the wet air 400, dew condensation occurs on the liquid surface 39, and water droplets 406 are formed on the liquid surface 39. By contact with the humid air 400, the water droplet 406 on the liquid surface 39 is grown to a target size. When the tube 26 is drawn out from the solution 11 through the liquid surface 39 where the water droplets 406 grown to the target size exist, the dip coating film 12 is formed on the outer peripheral surface 26a of the tube 26, and the outer peripheral surface 12a of the dip coating film 12 is formed. The water droplets 406 on the liquid surface 39 are collected. When dry air is applied to the dip coating film 12 to evaporate the solvent and water droplets, a porous film using the water droplets as a mold is obtained. [Selection] Figure 4 |
