abstract The present invention provides a manufacturing method capable of obtaining ceramic powder at a lower temperature than a conventional solid phase method, and a manufacturing method of a ceramic film using such a manufacturing method. A method for producing a ceramic powder includes a step of preparing a raw material liquid containing a metal compound, and a step of forming a powder by spraying and drying the raw material liquid. It includes at least one of a hydrolyzable metal compound and a thermally decomposable organometallic compound. [Selection figure] None
