titleOfInvention Lead free bismuth glass composition
abstract A glass composition having a composition containing no lead and bismuth, having a relatively low coefficient of thermal expansion and softening point, and excellent chemical resistance. A lead-free bismuth glass composition comprising: (1) a) SiO 2 : 0.1 wt% or more and 5 wt% or less, b) B 2 O 3 : 26 wt% or more and 60 wt% or less, c ) ZnO: 30 wt% or more and 60 wt% or less, d) At least one of Li 2 O, Na 2 O and K 2 O: 0.1 wt% or more and 5 wt% or less in total, e) Al 2 O 3 : 0.1 to 3% by weight, (2) the ratio of ZnO / B 2 O 3 is 0.5 to 2, and (3) the coefficient of thermal expansion at 50 to 350 ° C. is 65 × 10. It relates to a lead-free bismuth glass composition that is −7 / ° C. or lower. [Selection figure] None
