A methane fermentation broth is made into a solid fertilizer that can be easily stored, transported and applied. In order to produce a solid fertilizer comprising a methane fermentation broth, the methane fermentation broth should be acidified with acetic acid or the like, and clay minerals should be added together with the woody waste containing fiber components. When a fiber-shaped waste is used as the woody waste, it is naturally formed into a hair ball shape during mixing with a rotary drum mixer, so that it can be easily handled. The manufacturing method is simple, the amount of energy used is small, and it is possible to replace methane fermentation liquor, which is currently being purified and discharged, with solid fertilizer for crop cultivation.
