titleOfInvention Fibrous particle oriented coating film and coating method of fibrous particle oriented coating film
abstract Provided is a fibrous particle oriented coating film in which fibrous particles are oriented at an orientation ratio of 80% or more and a coating method of the fibrous particle oriented coating film, and the fibrous particles are regularly oriented. By this, a fibrous particle oriented coating film that is advantageous in electromagnetic wave absorption characteristics and electrical conductivity is provided. When forming a fibrous particle oriented coating film by a bar coating method, grooves are uniformly provided on the entire circumference of a cylindrical coating bar, and the width W of the grooves is φ ≦ W ≦ 3000 × φ. By using a coating bar that is (φ: the length of the short axis of the fibrous particles), a regularly oriented fibrous particle oriented coating film is obtained. [Selection figure] None
