titleOfInvention Semiconductor memory and semiconductor memory manufacturing method
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate signal lines and internal circuits that are not used in a test. A semiconductor memory has a plurality of internal data buses larger than the number of external data buses. The internal data bus includes first and second internal data buses. The data input / output circuit has a plurality of first selection circuits and second and third selection circuits, and inputs data to the memory cell array or outputs data read from the memory cell array. Each first selection circuit selectively supplies data from the memory cell array to the first or second internal data bus. The second selection circuit switches the first or second internal data bus to connect to the external data bus. The third selection circuit selectively supplies the first or second clock signal based on the test mode signal. Thus, data can be supplied to the external data bus by selectively using the first or second internal data bus. [Selection] Figure 1
