abstract | Provided are a full-color electrophotographic toner excellent in charge rising properties, charging characteristics, and transparency, a toner kit using the same, an image forming method and apparatus, and a process cartridge. At least a binder resin whose main component is a polyester resin, a charge control agent containing a thiacalixarene compound, and a wax (release agent) having a viscosity at 90 ° C. of not less than 5 centipoise and not more than 50 centipoise. In addition, the absolute value of the difference between the acid value (AVr) of the binder resin and the acid value (AVw) of the wax satisfies the following condition: | AVr−AVw | satisfies 5 ≦ | AVr−AVw | ≦ 12 A photographic toner is used.
