titleOfInvention Carbonaceous rubber composition for open crosslinking
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a rubber composition obtained by blending a synthetic rubber such as ethylene-propylene rubber with a carbonaceous material such as carbon black or expansive graphite in the air with an organic peroxide. SOLUTION: In a rubber composition in which carbonaceous material, organic peroxide and fatty acid ester are blended with synthetic rubber, the synthetic rubber is ethylene-propylene rubber, and the organic peroxide is benzoyl peroxide or t-butylperoxy. Benzoate and fatty acid ester can be open-crosslinked as pentaerythritol fatty acid ester. It is also possible to mix expansive graphite as a carbonaceous material. [Selection] Figure 1
