abstract |
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To coat a surface of a photosensitive emulsion and a wrinkle patterned in a screen printing mask with a protective film excellent in wear resistance, corrosion resistance and lubricity, and to improve the printing resistance of the screen printing mask. It is intended to improve paste omission. A screen printing mask having a predetermined pattern formed of a photosensitive emulsion on a ridge is subjected to a plasma treatment using a carbon-containing compound gas as a plasma generating raw material gas. The surface of the film is modified to form a protective film. [Selection] Figure 3 |
