Bone formation by gene therapy |
abstract |
The present invention provides a composition that sustains the expression of a therapeutic protein that causes bone formation at a bone defect site by leading to efficient bone regeneration. Discloses a therapeutic composition for forming bone at a bone defect site in a low bone mass patient. And, it inserts a gene that encodes a protein with a bone regeneration function that is linked to a functioning promoter into chondrocytes, and transplants mammalian cells into the bone defect site to form bone at the bone defect site. It is included. [Selection] Figure 1 |
