A copolymer obtained by polymerizing 1 to 30 parts by weight with a total amount of 100 parts by weight and having an elastic modulus at 25 ° C. of 0.5 to 500 MPa and a weight average molecular weight of 50,000 to 150,000; (B) 0.1-30 weight part of neutralizer and (C) 10-1,000 weight part of organic solvent and water are included.
