abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive strength between a current collector and a polarizable electrode even when a polarizable electrode is easily and firmly formed on the surface of the current collector such as a metal foil and is generated by gas or vibration generated by repeated charge and discharge. The electrode sheet which applied the coating liquid which does not contain alkali activation treatment activated carbon which is hard to fall, and the electrochemical capacitor using performances, such as internal resistance using the same, are provided. An aluminum foil in which a conductive adhesive layer is formed from a coating liquid prepared by mixing an organic solvent with an active material obtained by mixing 2 to 10 parts by weight of carbon black with 100 parts by weight of a pitch and heat-treating. Or it is set as the electrode sheet obtained by drying, after apply | coating to the copper foil which does not form a conductive contact bonding layer.
