titleOfInvention | Image input / output device |
abstract | An image input / output device capable of reading image information of a displayed image pattern is provided. The image input / output device includes a display layer 21 for displaying an image and a photoelectric conversion layer 51 made of an organic material and detecting light transmitted through the display layer 21. The photoelectric conversion layer 51 is subjected to an alignment process in a predetermined direction in the in-plane direction. Of the polarized light transmitted through the display layer 21, the optical axis of linearly polarized light is the light absorption direction of the photoelectric conversion layer 51 (alignment process). The image pattern of the display layer 21 is identified by measuring the amount of polarized light that substantially matches the direction. [Selection] Figure 1 |
