titleOfInvention | Carriers and biosensors |
abstract | An object of the present invention is to firmly immobilize a carrier without reducing the activity of a physiologically active substance. A substrate, a polymer film bonded on the surface of the substrate, a ligand bonded to the polymer film, a metal ion fixed to the ligand, and a physiologically active substance fixed to the metal ion are provided. A tag in which a ligand is bound to a polymer membrane at a density of 1.0 × 10 16 pieces / mm 3 or more and 3.3 × 10 18 pieces / mm 3 or less and a physiologically active substance is coordinated to a metal ion. The tag is a lysine unit containing one or more lysine, and the physiologically active substance is immobilized on the metal ion through the lysine unit. [Selection] Figure 1 |
