titleOfInvention | Processing apparatus and processing method |
abstract | The present invention provides a processing technique capable of easily and efficiently removing a hardly decomposable compound contained in a liquid and a gas discharged from a factory or the like. A processing apparatus according to the present invention includes a liquid processing unit 20 for processing a liquid, and a gas processing means for processing a first gas and a second gas generated by processing the liquid. The liquid treatment unit 20 includes an activated carbon 26 therein, a liquid decomposition apparatus 19 into which the liquid is introduced, and a nanobubble-containing water discharge section 54 that discharges nanobubble-containing water into the liquid decomposition apparatus 19. The gas processing means includes a PFC gas mixing device 32 that mixes the first gas and the second gas, and a PFC gas decomposition device 33 that decomposes the mixed gas mixed by the PFC gas mixing device 32. Since it is provided, it is possible to easily and efficiently remove the hardly decomposable compound contained in the liquid and gas discharged from a factory or the like. [Selection] Figure 1 |
