titleOfInvention Wave absorber with buffer function
abstract 【Task】 In the known boat racetrack wave-dissipating device, an umbrella-shaped wave-dissipating body and guard rail are provided on the course side, so that the race boat player who has gone off the course loses control of the operation and the race boat becomes the guard rail of the wave dissipating device. In the event of a crash, a player thrown over the cowl of the race boat's cockpit may be injured by crossing over the guardrail and hitting the steel material of the wave-dissipating device, resulting in a fatal accident. [Solution] U-shaped steel coupling fitting for the first connection in the U-shaped recess in the middle of the slanted side of the acute angle triangle body with a guardrail mounting plate on the opposite side of the course. The U-shaped steel connecting bracket for the second connection is provided at the upper end step portion, the metal quadrangular assembly bracket is provided on the lower surface of the acute triangle body, and the lower end has a guard rail pivotally attached to the lower ends of both ends of the assembly bracket. This is a wave-dissipating device having a buffering function in a racetrack in which a guardrail mounting plate is always urged in a course direction by a compression spring and a buoyancy adjusting unit is provided.
