titleOfInvention |
Human DNase mutant |
abstract |
The present invention relates to amino acid sequence variants of human DNase I having reduced binding affinity for actin. The present invention provides nucleic acid sequences that encode such actin-resistant mutants, thereby allowing the production of sufficient quantities of these mutants for clinical use. The invention also relates to pharmaceutical compositions and therapeutic uses of actin-resistant mutants of human DNase I. [Selection figure] None |
