abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a biomolecule function analysis substrate that can accurately analyze the function of a biomolecule without affecting the function expression of the biomolecule. The substrate for biomolecular function analysis of the present invention comprises a substrate body 11 having a hole 11a having an opening having a diameter of 100 nm to 1 μm or a minute recess comprising a groove having a width of 100 nm to 1 μm, and a substrate body. 11 and a network structure 12 made of nano-linear bodies disposed on the minute recesses. The biomolecule function analysis sample body of the present invention includes a biomolecule function analysis substrate 10 and a lipid bilayer membrane 20 formed on a network structure 12 constituting the biomolecule function analysis substrate 10.
